Creating a new Outlook 2000 account...

When Outlook 2000 is opened for the first time after installation, you may see the window below.

Select "Internet Only"

Type your full name next to "Display name:"

Type in your username@hcis.net next to "Email address:"
For example: jsmith@hcis.net

Select POP3 in the first line.
- Type in mail.hcis.net next to "Incoming mail..." and "Outgoing mail..."
- Click Next

Type in your username next to "Account name:"
For example: jsmith
- Type in your password next to "Password:"
- Uncheck "Log on using Secure Password Authentication"
- Click Next

Select "I will establish my internet connection manually"

Click Finish
