Support Windows Win98 Setup Create new dialer in Windows 98... Double Click "My Computer" then Double Click "Dial-Up Networking".   When you open Dial-up Networking it will bring up a wizard or a box with "Make New Connection" listed. Double Click "Make New Connection" and the wizard will come up.   Type in Heartland next to "Type a name for the computer you are dialing." Click Next.   Type in 270 or 618 under "Area Code:." Under "Telephone Number:" type in the dialup number you were given. If you need help finding your local dial-up number, CLICK HERE. Click Next.   Click Finish.   Click Here to configure the Dialer.
