Checking Internet Explorer 5 Options...
- Click "Start" then go to "Settings". Click "Control Panel".


- Double Click "Internet Options".


- Type in "www.hcis.net" for the "Home Page".
- Click "Apply" at the bottom.
- Click "Settings" under "Temporary Internet files"

- Select the first option, "Every visit to the page"
- Set "Amount of disk space to use:" anywhere from 5 to 10mb.
- Click OK.

- Click the Connections tab.
If you followed the instructions to create a new dialer, you should see "Heartland (Default)" in the box.
- Select "Always dial my default connection".
- Make sure "Heartland" is highlighted and click "Set Default" if possible
- Uncheck "Perform System Security Check..."
- Click "Settings".

- Everything should be UNCHECKED and look like the example below.
- "User name:" and "Password:" should have your username and password.
- Leave "Domain:" blank.

- Click Advanced.
NOTE: The Advanced button does not appear here in Windows ME. Click here if you have Windows ME and read Step 7.
- Everything should be UNCHECKED and look like the example below.
- Click OK.
- Click OK on the next screen.
- Click "LAN Settings".

- Nothing should be checked. Keep clicking OK to exit out to Control Panel and then you're done.
