Mac OSX TCP/IP settings...
- Click the "Apple Menu". Click "System Preferences."

- Double Click "Network".

- Click the TCP/IP tab.
- Set "Location:" to Automatic.
- Set "Show:" to Modem Port.
- Click the "TCP/IP" tab.
- "IP Address:" is "(Provided by PPP Server)."
- "Subnet Mask:" and "Router:" will also be provided by the server.
- "Domain Name Servers" need to be typed in as:
208.248.200.10
208.248.200.15
- Type in hcis.net for the "Search Domains"

- Click the PPP tab.
- Type in "Heartland" in "Service Provider:"
- Type in the local dialup number in the "Telephone Number:" box given to you to connect to the internet.
To find your Dialup Number, Click Here.
- For the "Alternate Number:" you can try 5600 through 5603 for the last four digits. Your prefix should be the same as the "Telephone Number:".
- "Account Name:" is your Username.
(Should be lowercase and no spaces and should NOT include @hcis.net.)
- "Password:" is your Password.
(Should be lowercase and no spaces.)
- Check "Save Password"

- Now just Close the window and Save Changes.
